Approval Granted to build N.C. Cancer Hospital at Rex
The North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation approved Rex Healthcare’s certificate of need application to build the N.C. Cancer Hospital at Rex. The approval authorizes Rex to establish a dedicated cancer care center in Wake County to provide area residents care closer to home.

Rex Hits Home Run at Five County Stadium
Rex Healthcare scored a home run on Sunday at the 4th annual "Pink in the Park" event with the Carolina Mudcats. To promote breast cancer awareness, players wore one-of-a-kind, autographed pink uniforms and auctioned them off at the end of the game, raising funds for the Rex Healthcare Foundation.
